Responsible for evaluation, treatment, plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseload.
Provide accurate and timely documentation in EMR for all treatments provided.
Provide outpatient therapy and rehabilitation services to patients. Qualifications:
Education:
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Licensing/Certification:
California Licensed or License pending.
CPR certification Experience:
Physical Therapist Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines.
Outpatient experience is highly preferred.
