Job ID THIS IS AN OUTPATIENT ORTHO POSITION. MUST HAVE STRONG ORTHO EXPERIENCE. The Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation of patient's physical condition and needs, and the design and implementation of a corrective treatment plan according to the principles and practice of physical therapy. This includes continuous assessment of the patient's progress and modification of the plan and goals as necessary, collaborative consultation with other health care professionals and maintenance of accurate and timely medical and business records. The physical therapist has supervisory responsibilities over the clinical activities of P.T. assistant and at least one affiliating student per year. Participation departmental quality improvement activities, community outreach and program development is also required. Submission Requirements 1 year of outpatient Physical Therapy experience - REQUIRED Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program - REQUIRED Must have strong ortho outpatient experience - REQUIRED Flu vaccination - REQUIRED Acute care/outpatient experience - Preferred PROFILE REQUIREMENTS Resume Skills checklist specific to the discipline (within the last year) 2 supervisory references from last 2 years of employment Certifications - certifications don't need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain COVID vaccination - not required but please include in profile if vaccinated Flu vaccination Certification Requirements CPR State License Requirements Vermont Additional License Requirements Must be willing and eligible to obtain
