Job Overview:
- Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Rehab
- Shift: 4x10-Hour Days (06:45 AM - 05:00 PM)

- Guaranteed Hours:
- Client may call off up to 36 hours per 13-week contract
- On-call in place of shift = counts as a called-off shift
- Contract Length: 77 weeks
- Facility Type: Critical Access Hospital
- Total Beds: 25
- Scrub Color: Grey
- Charting System: Cerner
- Parking: Permit required (no cost), completed during orientation
Requirements: - Experience:
- Minimum 1 year required
- 18 months preferred (exceptions may apply depending on unit)
- License:
- IL License must be in hand at time of submission
- Allied clinicians not requiring license must arrive 3 business days prior to start for fingerprinting
- Certifications:
- BLS (AHA or Red Cross only - no RQI cards)
- First-time Travelers Accepted: Yes
- Charting Experience Required: Yes, Cerner-specific
Scheduling & Flexibility: - Block Scheduling: Discuss with manager
- Locals Accepted: Yes, no radius restriction (EXCEPTION: OR RNs must be 50+ miles away)
- Floating: Required - within hospital or to affiliate sites nearby
- RTO (Requested Time Off):
- Up to 5 days (non-holiday) auto-approved
- Anything beyond requires facility approval
- Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
