Previous Experience

• Inpatient: Minimum of two years clinical hospital pharmacist experience

Type of Need

• Locums

Position Details

• Start Date: ASAP upon credentialing
• Duration: 6 months with option to extend
• Schedule: 4x10
• On-call/Callback: Not applicable
• Pay Rate: $60-$75/hour (DOE)

Types of Cases/Procedures

• PGY1: Expert in compounding or chemotherapy (strong experience required without residency)
• Preferred PGY2 in Emergency Medicine, Critical Care, or equivalent experience

Support Staff in Department

• 3 pharmacy technicians

Interview Process

• 1-2 interviews conducted by Dept. Manager

Orientation Details

• 2-day tech setup and shadowing

COVID Vaccination Requirement

• Medical/Religious exemptions allowed

Privileging Process

• Privileges granted within 30 days
