Job Location: Whittier, CA 90602 PIH Health Whittier Hospital Shift: Night 4x10-Hour (20:00 - 06:30) Pharmacist Inpatient Description: Night Pharmacists Needed. 5 years experience & 1st time traveler accepted PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Shift: 4x10's Our designated week is Sunday to Sunday. Our start days for the 7 on/7 off is Thursday, so they work 3 days in one week and 4 days in the next week. Will be required to work Weekends and holidays IF the 7 days on/off fall on a holiday or weekend Certifications Required: BLS PharmD ACLS Skills Required: Inpatient / Acute care Anticoagulants Cardiac dosing Clinical dosing Geriatric dosing High risk medications Pediatric dosing Pharmacokinetic dosing Psychotherapeutic Management Renal dosing Therapeutic med monitoring Warfarin Dosing Antibiotics Compounding IV Piggyback IV push Medications Pain Controlled Analgesia Sterile Technique Carousel System Cardiovascular Neurologic Code Response Scrub Color: Brown Total Hourly Pay Rate: $ 85.45 Per Hour On W2(Taxable): $ 20.00 Per Hour Stipend(Non-Taxable): $ 65.45 Per Hour Weekly Breakdown: Weekly Gross: $ 3,418.00 Per Week On W2(Taxable): $ 800.00 Per Week Stipend(Non-Taxable): $ 2,618.00 Per Week
