As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's physical, sensory, and developmental needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving motor skills, sensory integration, and daily functioning
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to support a child's independence and participation in everyday activities
- Collaborate closely with families to create home programs that encourage ongoing progress
- Partner with a multidisciplinary team of physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, educators, and caregivers to deliver holistic care
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Participate in case conferences and contribute clinical expertise to support team-wide success
• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of North Dakota
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-oriented setting
