Minimum Requirements:
- Prior experience in grossing specimens
- Comfortable working independently in a pathology lab setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ASCP certification preferred but not required
Job Description Summary:
Assist with specimen grossing, processing, interpretation prep, and lab submissions. Handle all aspects of pre-analytic, analytic, and post-analytic specimen workflow. Ensure accuracy, professionalism, and support for diagnostic care.
