Physical Therapist Position Highlights: Location: Marietta, GA Start Date: 3/24/25 Schedule: 5x8; M-F, Days Setting: Outpatient Ortho Benefits: Health/Life/Vision/Dental Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Referral Program, Travel Reimbursement, 401(k) Physical Therapist Responsibilities: Treat Patients: Assess patients in their homes and develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and safety. Adjust & Monitor Care Plans: Provide therapy, track progress, and modify interventions as needed to meet patient goals. Educate Patients & Caregivers: Teach patients and families exercises, mobility techniques, and fall prevention strategies. Supervise Support Staff: Oversee therapy assistants and home health aides to ensure quality care. Plan Safe Discharge: Develop discharge plans, provide follow-up resources, and train caregivers as needed. Ensure Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation and meet insurance and regulatory requirements. Manage Pain: Conduct pain assessments and implement appropriate interventions. Support Team & Operations: Perform additional tasks to enhance patient care and agency operations. Physical Therapist Qualifications -Experience: 2+ years of PT experience and 1+ years of Outpatient/Ortho (required) -Licensure: Active Georgia Physical Therapy License (Compact OK) (required). -Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) (AHA) certification (required).
