Certification Details BLS Job Details Physical Therapy - Campus OP PT position at Sky Lakes Medical Center in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Outpatient PT role with some inpatient weekend shifts required throughout the contract. Job Requirements Experience in outpatient setting is required. Candidates without outpatient experience will be screened out. Schedule Information Days shift with varying hours due to patient schedule. Required to flex into the hospital for one inpatient shift per month. Unit Specific Information 95% of the assignment is outpatient. Additional Details BLS certification is required. Housing is difficult with pets; special housing finds must be arranged prior to placement. Hospital managers handle the interviews.
