Coordinate with physicians and specialists to adjust treatments and optimize patient outcomes. Maintain accurate electronic documentation to ensure proper coding and billing. Mentor new team members and lead performance improvement projects. Conduct training sessions on injury prevention and rehab protocols. Supervise PTAs to ensure consistent patient care and progress. Physical Therapist Qualifications: Experience: 2+ years of experience (required) Outpatient Experience (highly preferred) Licensure: Active Physical Therapy License in state of New Hampshire (Compact OK) (required).
