Physical Therapist - Home Health
TACT Staff is seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient team in Abilene, TX. This is a rewarding opportunity to help patients regain independence through personalized therapy delivered directly in their homes while supported by a collaborative healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (MPT or DPT required)
- Current and active TX Physical Therapist License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
Additional Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: May 19th
- M - Th 8a-6p Fri 8a-12p, varies as needed
- No mandatory weekend or on-call work
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong patient evaluation, care planning, and documentation skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and critical-thinking skills
- Independent, self-motivated professional capable of managing a home health caseload
- Knowledge of home health best practices and productivity standards
