Travel OT / Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:
Evaluate patient function with consideration of age-appropriate needs and expectations
Develop treatment plan
Participate in teaching new skills or retraining patients in once-familiar daily activities that have been lost due to illness or injury
Follow treatment programs and goals for improved patient function
Maintain appropriate clinical records, clinical notes, and reports
Participate in case conferences to ensure coordinated and comprehensive plans for patient care and participate in teaching patients and families.

Travel OT / Occupational Therapist Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
1-2 years of experience working as an Occupational Therapist
Excellent knowledge of principles and practices of Occupational Therapy
Knowledge of current treatment practices and drive to continually learn and grow
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism during stressful times
Valid Driver's License
Background and drug screen
