- 29 bed unit that provides care from adulthood through geriatrics to orthopedic patients, as well as medical surgical patients. Telemetry monitoring is also available. The department has a physical therapy gym on the unit that allows the patients to get adequate physical therapy without having to leave the unit.
- High volume patient populations include patients who have had total joint replacements, fracture repairs, and kyphoplasties.
- Moderate volume patient populations include other types of surgical procedures, inpatient and 24-hour observation patients that are medical patients.
Job Requirements - 2 years exp required, first time travelers OK.
- BLS required.
