No consideration for travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility
Requested time off must be noted at upload, no more than 5 days accepted
Must be willing to work Memorial Day and weekends
Unit Size: 8 beds
Dress Code: Facility-Provided Scrubs
8 hours non-billable orientation
Holiday and OT Multipliers - 1.25%
Call, Call-Back: $4/hr, 1.25%

2 years current OR experience
Scrub experience preferred
General, Ortho, Neuro, Urology, Vascular and Bariatric Surgical experience required
Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred
Profile Requirements: Work History, Skills Checklist (current to 1 year), 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
License/Certifications must be uploaded with profile
