    Job Details
  • Primarily responsible for applying the nursing process to the care of veteran patients undergoing surgical procedures in the operating room.
  • Assures appropriate documentation reflects assessment of patient needs, interdisciplinary treatment plans, clinical intervention, and evaluation of patients' responses to treatments.
  • Responsible for assigning and evaluating the work of non-nursing direct care providers assigned to the operating room.
    Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience in at least one of the following specialties: Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Robotic, or Endovascular Surgery.
  • Scrub and Circulating Experience required.
  • Epic documentation preferred.
  • Must be highly reliable and available to work all days except those pre-disclosed prior to offer.
  • Must not have alternative jobs that interfere with HMH schedule being a priority.

  • 1:1 Patient Ratio.
