OT needed asap for 13 weeks 8 hrs days, 7A -3:30P Type of equipment - general acute care DME EMR - Meditech Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Previous Acute Care including ICU Experience KS OT License and BLS Certification 2 years experience Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Trauma Experience Comprehensive Stroke Experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): OT evaluations OT treatments Best personality Fit: Ability to work independently with little oversight; high accountability Good communication and collaboration skills Flexibility given the nature of practice in acute care

Occupational Therapist, Acute
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: OT-KS(Copy needed)
Certifications: OTR-National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed)

Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
Previous Acute Care including ICU Experience
