Mostly outpatient clinic.
Mostly Ortho, but need to be able to do it all including peds.
Prefer 3 years of experience.
Open to 4x10s or 8x5s Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Master's degree required) Licensing/Certification:
Current Arizona Occupational Therapist License
CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain) Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, ADLs, and adaptive equipment
