Job Description:
- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments
- Create and manage individualized care plans involving patients/families
- Support discharge planning and adaptive equipment education
- Supervise COTAs and therapy techs per licensure regulations
- Must function well independently in a fast-paced environment
Required Experience:
- 1-2 years as an OT - Required
- Experience treating lymphedema patients for 1-2 years - Required
- Completed full CDT and is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist - Required
Certifications:
- BLS (AHA) - Active at time of submission
- CDT Certification
License:
- Active Maryland OT License - Required
