Job Details - Occupational Therapist
- Unit Details: Outpatient Pediatric is the primary need, if the OT can float to OP adult or acute OT in the hospital when their schedule allows this would be helpful.

- Hours: 5 x 8 Mon-Fri 8a-4:30p, no weekends or Holidays

- Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes; may be needed to float between pediatric and adult outpatient OT.

- RTO Restrictions: Please request RTO up front if possible.
- Guaranteed Hours: If confirmed to 3x12-hour shifts, SSM will guarantee a min. of 36 hours/ week. If confirmed to 4x12-hour shifts, SSM will guarantee a min. of 48 hours/ week. If confirmed to shift lengths less than 12-hours, SSM will guarantee a min. of 40 hours/ week.

Unit Specific Information - Special Requirements: Pediatric Outpatient, Autism, Handwriting, Learning Disability, Visual Perceptual Skills Testing/Treatment, Patient/Family Education, Safety and injury prevention, Telephone calls, Adaptive Equipment Assessment (Pediatric), Cognitive Assessment, and EPIC charting experience required.
