Location: Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii

Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 4x10s - Day shifts (AM)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

About the Opportunity:
Wilcox Medical Center, located on the beautiful island of Kauai, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week travel assignment. This is a great opportunity to provide meaningful patient care while enjoying a unique island lifestyle.

You'll be working in an outpatient setting, primarily focusing on general occupational therapy and hand therapy cases. While hand therapy certification is not required, prior experience in this area is expected.

Requirements:
To be considered for this assignment, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years recent experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Outpatient OT experience required, including hand therapy (certification not required)
  • Hawaii OT license (must be active or in process at time of submission)
  • NBCOT certification
  • AHA BLS certification (American Heart Association)

Important Notes:

  • Maximum of 5 days of requested time off (RTO) will be accepted with initial submissions - all time off must be clearly listed when the candidate is submitted for consideration
  • This is a great fit for OTs who enjoy working independently and are comfortable with a variety of outpatient cases
