Travel Occupational Therapist

MedAdventures is a healthcare staffing company dedicated to connecting talented professionals with rewarding career opportunities. We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a dynamic team at a premier Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).

Position Summary:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for residents. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs aimed at improving daily living skills, mobility, and overall functional independence.

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine residents' therapy needs.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on enhancing functional abilities.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to establish and meet care goals.
Provide education to residents and their families on therapy interventions and adaptive equipment.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress.
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (preferred but not required).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,200.00 per week
