- Prisma Health Floating Policy for Contracted Staff
- Prisma Health's goal is to keep staff in their home unit. However, it is a requirement for all assignments that agency staff, regardless of unit or facility, must float to other Prisma Health units and/or campuses per request due to census concerns. Staff will only be floating to units they are qualified for and performing tasks for which competencies have already been demonstrated and documented.
Job Requirements - Must have STRONG Cardiac Experience
- State License Verification required within 30 days of start
- Primary Source Verification is required. Must show no pending action against the license.
Schedule Information - 48 or 36 hours per week
- Floating to other units as required due to census concerns.
Unit Specific Information - Clinical Decision Unit / Float to ER
Additional Details - Proof of I9 or Attestation required
- Driver's License is required ASAP - this is required to set up computer access.
- Everify or Attestation required.
