Registered Nurse (RN) - Intermediate Medical Care (IMC)

Join our team as a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) in Intermediate Medical Care (IMC), where you will provide specialized nursing care to patients who require close monitoring but do not need intensive care unit (ICU) level support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans tailored to their medical needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring patients for any adverse reactions.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust care plans based on clinical responses.
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and recovery processes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
  • Document patient information accurately in medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Work Environment:
  • The role is based in hospital IMC units where RNs work closely with patients requiring intermediate-level care.
