Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to provide executive-level leadership across all nursing departments. As a key member of the executive team, the CNO will drive clinical performance, patient satisfaction, and staff development in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements:
- New York State RN License - Required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - Required
- Master's Degree - Preferred
- Minimum 7 Years of Nursing Experience
- At least 5 years in a supervisory or management role
Duties:
- Plan and Develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance.
- Monitor performance for patient care, assess units w with nurse managers and communicates and assists w with any corrective action.
- Develop Record keeping system to record medication errors/counselling
