LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in South Charleston, West Virginia.

MUST HAVE:
3 years of experience required for PCU/Stepdown.
Must have travel experience. Due to need to float to ICU or Stepdown, ICU skill set is required , Bipap, Cpap, Mechanical Ventilation, telemetry, critical drips, post cardiac cath care required, CRRT and IABP preferred. 1-2 years cricial care experience.
Preferred experience:
Arterial Line experience Post Fem Pop Post Endarterectomy ECAR TVAR
Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Post op vascular; hemodynamically stable cardiac dysrhythmias, CVA, Sepsis, Renal patients, Stable acute MI, Unstable angina, Post Cardiac Cath with PCTA or with a significant blockage
Required Certifications - ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
Ratios: 1 nurse to 4 patients
