Job Location: Boone, NC Medical Center Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) CLINICAL REVIEW/AUTO OFFER NO INTERVIEWS IMCU RN needed, ASAP and for 13 weeks 3x12 7pm-7am up to 2 weekends per month, float (to MedSurg as patient volume requires), holidays Blocked scheduling will be considered if requested on the front end - not guaranteed EMR - EPIC (recent experience/proficiency is required) 5:1 patient/RN ratio with the goal of 4:1. Average daily census is 20-24 and there are 24 beds. Peds patients are not common/frequent, but they do not redirect those patients, so candidates must be comfortable taking a peds patient. BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS required Skills Required - Telemetry 2 years experience required, first time travelers okay Candidates must have a NC license or Multistate license Scrubs are all navy or all white Local Rules: No Candidates will be accepted if they reside less than 40 miles from facility. Drivers License MUST be provided for address verification prior to any offer acceptance. Total Hourly Pay Rate: $ 65.69 Per Hour On W2(Taxable): $ 20.00 Per Hour Stipend(Non-Taxable): $ 45.69 Per Hour Weekly Breakdown: Weekly Gross: $ 2,365.00 Per Week On W2(Taxable): $ 720.00 Per Week Stipend(Non-Taxable): $ 1,645.00 Per Week
