Requirements:-
- IA state/Compact RN License
- 2+ years of current OR experience
- Scrub and Circulating experience
- Strong experience in majority of cases including ortho, neuro, trauma, abdominal.
- Level I experience.
- BLS(AHA)
Avg. caseload - We average 35-50 cases per day. Our expectation for turnovers is less than 20 minutes. Special equipment - We have 3 Davinci robots, we use Stealth technology for Neuro navigation and we use primarily Synthes or Stryker for ortho trauma. We don't do many ortho joints. How many suites - We have 16 OR's. We run from 12-14 routinely. As a level 1 trauma center, we reserve space for traumas. Service lines - Cardiac/ PV, Neuro, ortho (primarily trauma), robotics, gyn, uro, general, pediatrics, transplants. We do a small volume of ENT and plastic procedures. Scrub or Circulate - both would be preferred. Other - the call for weekends is from end of shift on Friday until 06:30am Monday.
