Travel RN - Med-Surg Telemetry (Night Shift)

Shift: 4x12-Hour Nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
Start Date: 7/14/2025
Contract Length: 13 weeks (91 days)
Guaranteed Hours: Yes
Unit: 42-bed Med-Surg Telemetry
Location: Jacksonville, NC 28546
Radius Restriction: No locals within 50 miles

Staff Mix: RNs, LPNs, PCTs, CNAs, Unit Secretaries

Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:6
Floating: Traveler may be required to float to units with similar or lower acuity.

Requirements

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, CPI required
• Experience: Must be proficient with:
  • Insulin drips
  • Heparin drips
  • Lasix drips
• May take IMCU patients if needed
• Truncated compliance process
• COVID-19 Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious exemptions allowed)
• Flu Vaccine: Unknown
• Education Verification: Required at time of submittal (e.g., HS diploma, associate's or bachelor's degree)

Submittal Guidelines

• No local candidates within 50 miles
• RTO must be included in submittal to be honored
