HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Johnson City, Tennessee.
Job Description & Requirements

- Shift: 12 hours, nights

Schedule & Expectations:
- No call required
- Floating required across units as needed
- General orientation begins on Sundays (includes online CBLs)
- Start Date: Any Sunday, contingent on timely completion of compliance requirements
Experience & Licensing Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the specialty
- First-time travelers accepted
- Certifications Required: AHA BLS, NIHSS
- Traveler's permanent residence must be 100+ miles from the hospital's service area
Orientation & Timekeeping:
- 16 hours of non-billable orientation must be included in confirmation
- Facility may cancel one shift biweekly without financial penalty on a 36/36 due to low census
- Additional shifts picked up beyond the core schedule may be flexed as needed without penalty
Additional Expectations:
- Contract RN/LPNs are expected to actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education, alongside their clinical care duties
- This responsibility applies to all nursing specialties within Ballad Health
