WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Med/Surg Nurse for a contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Rochester, NY. Travelers can earn up to $2,232 per week for this role.
Job Function:
- Night Shift.
- 3x12: 7pm - 7am.
Prepare, administer (orally, subcutaneously, IV), and document prescribed medications.
Report any adverse reactions to medications or treatments following established nursing policies.
Educate patients about surgical procedures.
Record patients' medical information and vital signs accurately.
Monitor and adjust specialized patient equipment.
Job Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or hold a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
Current RN license for the state of New York.
2 years acute Med/Surg RN experience is required.
BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
Epic experience required.
