Advanced skills needed: Circulating and PACU/Recovery
Procedures performed on unit: C-sections, vaginal deliveries, circumcisions
Unit Specifics: Number of Beds : 14 postpartum, 7 L&D Patient Ratios : 1:3 couplets postpartum or combination of gyn patients, 1:2 L&D (Patient Ratios are estimated and not guaranteed) Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : RN's and CST's Type of equipment : GE Corometrics Fetal Monitors, GE Pandas and Giraffes, Affinity 4 labor & delivery beds, NeoPuff Documentation system: Meditech and CPN Scheduling requirements: 3 (12 hour) night shifts Floating policy: None Patient Experience requirements: Bedside shift report and hourly rounding
