Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to provide care across Labor & Delivery, Post-Partum, and Nursery units. This role requires flexibility in adapting to local business requirements and a commitment to delivering exceptional maternal and newborn care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care during labor and delivery
- Deliver post-partum care to new mothers
- Care for newborns in the nursery
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety standards
- Work rotating weekends as scheduled
Required Qualifications:
- Active California RN License
- Current BLS, NRP, and Advanced Fetal Monitoring certifications
- Previous experience in L&D and post-partum care preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
