Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state(s)
- Minimum 3-5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of healthcare policies, regulations, and accreditation standards
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
