THIS HOUSE SUPERVISOR WILL COVER ALL INPATIENT UNITS OF THE HOSPITAL. Charge/Nurse Managers RN's with one specialty (ICU, for example), will not be considered for this need. This candidate MUST be a multi-specialty Supervisor. Please detail proficiency on profile. A
clinical resource nurse is a registered nurse whose responsibilities exceed
that of a normal registered nurse. The main duties of a clinical resource nurse
are to promote and maintain quality patient care, manage nursing operations,
assist in teaching nursing staff and enforce procedures, policies, practices
and standards of the facility. A clinical resource nurse should have excellent
oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, leadership skills
and managerial skills.Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better). Traveler must be willing to work ONE of the following: Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and weekend afterNew Year Eve/New Year Day and weekend afterLocal Travelers - Those who reside within 50 miles of the facility - are not eligible for this need. Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center is a 35-bed critical access community hospital located in historical Windsor, Vermont. Having been named winner of the Foster G. McGaw Prize for Excellence in Community Service, Mt. Ascutney is one of only two CARF accredited facilities in the State of Vermont.Windsor, VT is centrally located and close to some of the best outdoor recreation in the area.
