We are seeking a Registered Nurse-Medical-Surgical for a travel assignment in Waukesha Wisconsin.

Additional Assignment Details: Position: MS RN - Evenings (5MED Unit) Facility: Waukesha Memorial Hospital Location: Waukesha, WI Start Date: May 20 Contract Length: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours/week guaranteed Shift Details: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour evening shifts Weekends: No weekends required Holidays: Holiday rotation included (based on grouping) Float Requirements: May float to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, Mukwonago, or similar units as needed Will not be asked to work outside of clinical skillset without prior approval from the employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency Certifications: Required: BLS, active Wisconsin or Compact RN license Preferred: None specified Experience Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years recent Medical-Surgical experience At least one completed travel contract preferred Must be able to interpret telemetry Experience must be from short-term acute care hospitals Must have used EPIC within the past 12 months Unit Details: Unit Name: 5MED Bed Count: 53 beds Patient Ratio: 1:7-8 may occur Patient Type: General Medical-Surgical Environment: Fast-paced, requires strong documentation skills and adaptability Scrubs: Any color Additional Info: COVID-19 vaccine required (medical or religious exemptions accepted) GSA hours not guaranteed during orientation week Set weekly hours guaranteed except during unit closures for holidays Required CBLs (Computer-Based Learning modules) must be completed before start About ProHealth Waukesha Memorial Hospital ProHealth Care has been the health care leader in Waukesha County and surrounding areas for over a century, providing outstanding care across a full spectrum of services.
