Location: Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center, Washington, DC
Shift: 12-Hour Day Shift
Duration: 04/07/2025 - 07/05/2025

Job Description:
The RN - Operating Room will play a vital role in ensuring patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgical procedures. This position requires collaboration with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols. The RN will assist in preparing the operating room, monitoring patients, and ensuring high-quality perioperative care.

Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
Active DC RN license
BLS certification required
Preferred: One year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting
Specialty unit requirements as applicable

Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication
Effective interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Adaptability to changing priorities

Additional Information:
Candidates must reside 50 miles from the facility.
Weekly timesheets required.
Position requires flexibility in a fast-paced surgical environment.
