Job Description:
The Operating Room RN is responsible for circulating and/or scrubbing during surgical procedures, adhering to aseptic techniques and patient safety standards. Duties include preparing the OR, coordinating with the surgical team, assembling necessary supplies and equipment, and ensuring operative suite readiness. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate intraoperative care and serve as a liaison between patients, families, and the surgical team.
Requirements:

Active RN license (DC or compact)

Minimum 3 years of OR nursing experience

Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved nursing program

BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (required)

BSN preferred
