RN - Operating Room (OR) - Washington, DC Location: rd Street NW, Washington, DC (Must live 100+ miles away) RN - Operating Room (OR) Facility: The George Washington University Hospital Shift: 12-hour day shifts (3x12s) Start Date: 03/24/2025 - 06/21/2025 Licensure/Certifications: PALS, BLS & ACLS - Required Current RN license to practice in state/district - Required Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program - Required BSN - Highly desired Experience Requirements: Minimum 3 years of OR experience - Required Job Responsibilities: Perform scrubbing and/or circulating duties for operative procedures Ensure aseptic techniques and OR standards are met Coordinate with the surgical team for patient care plans Prepare the OR, assemble necessary equipment, and verify functionality Serve as a liaison for patients, families, and surgical staff
