Job Description & Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Active Montana RN License - Required
- BLS Certification - Required
- CPI Certification - Preferred (or willing to obtain)
- Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and therapeutic practices
- Knowledge of nursing principles and treatment planning
- Ability to provide accurate documentation and patient assessments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using electronic health records and clinical technology
- Experience in psychiatric inpatient care - Preferred
