Post-op fresh heart experience - must be able to take the patient from the OR, CRRT, Impella, and IAPB.
FRESH HEART EXP IS REQUIRED

75 MILE RADIUS RULE - TRAVEL
WILL TAKE LOCALS - Local rate (less than 75 miles)
Up to date resume that includes 2 years of experience in ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, or Neuro ICU and documents travel experience.

Shift: 6:30a-7p (Block Scheduling is never promised or guaranteed)
Floating Required: Yes
Scrub Color: Navy
Unit Specifics:
Beds: CTICU: 6
Common patient diagnosis: CV surg, Cardiogenic Shock, AAA
Floating required if needed: To all units except Behavioral and ER (unless holding)
Drips and medications: Pressors- Levophed, Neo, Epi, Vasopressin,Dobutamine Dopamine, Vasodilators- Cleviprex, Cardene, NTG ,Anti-arrhythmics- Cardizem, Amiodarone, Lido Sedation- Precedex, Propofol, Fentanyl,TPN and Insulin
Specialty equipment used on unit: IABP, CRRT (PRISMA or NxStage) Ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, TTM (Artic Sun)
