MINIMUM OF TWO YEARS 'STRONG PEDIATRIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - PREFERRABLY IN PEDIATRIC ER; MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE in recent past. This is a very busy 23 bed Pediatric ER department, receivingminor to high level acuity patient population with age range of newborn to age 17, open 24/7. The average daily patient flow is 65 patients/day and the department may have contact caring for COVID patients. Pediatric Trauma patients will be referred tothe main 'adult' ER. Strong pediatric assessment, IV, lab draw skills required. Candidates MUST have PALS (AHA) and BLS (AHA). Our 1000 bed facility houses a 55-bed adult ER receiving Level I trauma patients. Safety Sensitive Job. Candidates musttake and pass Basic Dysrrhythmia, and general Medication tests on first day. SAINT FRANCIS SUBMISSION COVER SHEET REQUIRED or profile will be declined. Submission sheet must provide current permanent address that shows greater than 100 miles from facility plus information about licensure which will demonstrate current ability to work in Oklahoma as RN. Start: Tuesdays Safety sensitive, under the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Use and Patient Protection Act (OMMA), is defined as any job that includes tasks or duties that the employer believes could affect the safety and health of the employee performing the task or others. This position has beenidentified as a safety sensitive position. This statute allows employers to lawfully refuse to hire applicants for safety-sensitive jobs or to discipline or discharge employees who work in safety- sensitive jobs if they test positive for marijuana, even if they have a valid license to usemedical marijuana.
Shift: 7a-7p, every other weekend rotation
