Requirements:
- Active RN license (MO or compact)
- BLS & ACLS - required prior to first shift
- Minimum 2 years of bedside clinical experience
- Strong clinical documentation and care planning skills
Skills Needed:
- Safe patient handling
- Effective delegation & supervision
- Strong assessment, planning, and documentation
- Knowledge of infectious disease protocols, fall prevention, and equipment use
