Required Bariatric Case Experience: Laparoscopic assisted cases
Required General Surgery Case Experience: Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Colon resection, Hernia repair inguinal/umbilical, Laparoscopic assisted procedures, Mastectomy, Thyroidectomy partial/total, Whipple
Required Neurology Case Skills/Experience: Cervical fusion, Craniotomy, Laminectomy/discectomy, Lumbar fusion
Required Orthopedic Case Skills/Experience: Arthroscopy, Carpal Tunnel release, Closed reduction of fractures, Open reduction of fractures
Required Plastic Surgery Case Skills/Experience: Free Flap - Microvascular
Required Transplant Skills/Experience: Organ donation
Required Urology Case Skills/Experience: Cystoscopy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy
Required Trauma Case Skills/Experience: Amputations, Gunshot/stab wounds, MVA (multiple injuries)
Required Emergency management Skills/Experience: Code response, Fire safety, Latex Allergy, Malignant Hyperthermia
Required Equipment/Instrumentation/Supplies Experience: Electrosurgical units, Fiber optic light sources/cords, Hana tables
Required Professional Knowledge and Skills: Administration of blood products, Infection control, Radiation Safety, Specimen Handling/labeling, Universal Protocol (Time out) Procedure, Urinary bladder catheterization

Shift: 5x8 Days
23 rooms
Weekend REQ: 1 per month
Is on-call REQ? Yes- 1/week
Open to accommodating block schedule? No
Must have active IL license in hand or be in application process to apply
RTO Restrictions: All requested time off must be reviewed and approved by manager
Guaranteed Hours: Up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment may be called off without pay
