Acute Care Trauma Level III 12-Week Contract

Shift: 4x10s Days Guaranteed 40 hours/week
Location: Savannah, GA
Local Radius Rule: Must reside 101+ miles from facility

• Unit: Interventional Radiology
• Care Setting: Acute
• EMR: MEDITECH 6.1
• Dress Code: Navy or Royal Blue
• Floating: Within IR between local campuses only

• Suites/Labs: 2 per site
• Average Cases/Day: IR (5-10), CT (4-7)
• Call Requirements:
  • 14-15 days per 12 weeks (including 2 weekends)
  • 30-minute response time
  • Holiday call on a rotating basis

• Experience: 3+ years IR experience
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Must-Have Skills:
  • Sedation and reversal experience
  • Comfort communicating with providers
  • Capable of covering CT, Specials, Ultrasound

• One campus handles most IR procedures and includes a patient prep/holding area
• The second campus sees more vascular cases and is smaller in scale
• Support from IR Techs, resource nurses, and experienced providers
• Collaborative, feedback-driven environment where nurses are encouraged to communicate directly with physicians
