Basic Requirements:

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Case Management, Care Coordination, or Utilization Review.
• Strong understanding of insurance authorization, discharge planning, and healthcare regulations.
• Proficiency in Epic EMR (preferred).
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association).
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
