Description:
• Weekend Requirements: must work two weekends per 4 week
• 2-year acute care hospital inpatient Case Manager experience performing Care Coordination and Admission Reviews, must be current experience within the last 6 months
• Seasoned traveler required, can screen for manager to consider Unit Info
• Experience must be current acute hospital experience, will not accept candidates that have not worked in the role in the last 6 months.
• Hardstop requirements Knowledge of InterQual and Epic Special Procedures/Unit Details
• Admission Criteria (InterQual)(ED only)
• Experience with HMOs, IPAs, etc.
• Experience with Assessing patients, Care Coordination, and Discharge Planning
• 2-year acute care Hospital inpatient Case Manager experience performing Care Coordination and Admission Reviews
