• Pt. Population: Adolescents - Geriatrics
• Staffing Ratio: Tele: 1:4, Non- Tele: 1:5
• Shift: 3x12 Nights,
• Unit Systems: EPIC, Omnicell, SBAR
• Scheduling: Self
• Scrubs: No specific color required - Professional/Clean
• Weekend Coverage: 6 weekend shifts per 6 weeks
• Float REQ: Yes - Med/Surg Tele, Med/Surg ortho, Med/Surg Neuro/Uro, Med/Surg Trauma/GI, Med/Surg Pulmo/Renal/Infectious Disease CERTIFICATIONS
• Required: BCLS
• Preferred: ACLS EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 2 yrs. MS/Tele Exp Required, NO 1st Time Travelers
• Work Settings: MS/Tele, Telemetry
• Cardiac Monitoring/Emergency Response: Interpretation/management of dysrhythmias, Telemetry (remote monitoring)
• Cardiovascular: Post MI
• GI: Feeding tube care and management
• Genitourinary/Renal: Pre/Post Hemodialysis management, Renal failure
• IV/Phlebotomy: Blood product admin., Central line care/management, Peripheral line care/management, PICC line management, Starting IVs
• Medications: Heparin protocols, PCA
• Neurologic/Psychiatric: CVA, Pre/Post neurosurgery, Spinal cord injury, TBI
• Orthopedics: Ortho trauma, Peripheral nerve block catheters
• Plastics: Surgical drains
• Respiratory: Chest tubes - Emerson/Pleur-evac, External CPAP/BIPAP, HFNC, Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, O2 face masks, Tracheostomy management COVID Vaccination required. All RTO must be on initial submittal. Please ensure that all requested time off is included for entire length of contract. NO RTO DURING 1ST 2 WEEKS OF CONTRACT.
