REQUIRED:
CA RN License
AHA BLS
5 Years cardiovascular nursing Exp
Ambulatory nurse coordinator EXP
Cardiac experience including a strong understanding of heart failure pathophysiology and management is required. This candidate should be able to triage patient symptoms and identify clinically significant issues. This candidate should have an understanding of the AHA/ACC/HFSA guideline for heart failure management, including pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies.
Knowledge of Epic Electronic health record and Outlook. Excellent communication and time management skills. Ability to work independently to complete assignments and identify needed follow-up.
Preferred:
Critical Care Cardiology, Advanced Heart Failure/Pulmonary Hypertension experience
Master's degree.
