Job Details - Rotating ICU RN Nights & EOW - 36hrs (Floating Required)
- Unit Name: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Brief Unit Description: 20-bed (MICU) Medical/Surgical ICU. We care for a wide range of adult patients with diagnosis such as Sepsis, GI bleed, Respiratory failure, Cardiac arrest, Renal failure, DKA, and cardiogenic shock.
- Years of Experience Required: 3+ years of ICU RN experience required. 2+ years of continuous work experience in one location, preferably a MICU.
- Floating Required: Yes, (mostly Medical/Surgical Units). Telemetry competency required.
- Rotating Shifts Required: All Day positions are "Day Rotate." Day rotators may be rotated between (7a-7p, 11a-11p or 7p-7a) shifts when needed. Night shift does not rotate.
- RN to Patient Ratio: 1:2 or 1:1 with high acuity.
- Patient Population: All.
- Bed Count: 20 beds.
- EMR (Charting System): EPIC.
Job Requirements - Active Massachusetts RN License
- 2 years of continuous MICU experience required
- Telemetry competency required
Schedule Information - Rotating Shifts Required: All Day positions are "Day Rotate." Day rotators may be rotated between (7a-7p, 11a-11p or 7p-7a) shifts when needed. Night shift does not rotate.
