Med Sol prescreens and manager will interview need 2 sup refs from modality submitting to (charge accepted) at submittal; 1 w/in 12 mo. & 1 w/in 3 years worked Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year. Candidates who were employed PRN through outside firms will be considered. PRIOR TO SIGNING THE CONTRACT, THE DYS EXAM THROUGH UNA IS REQUIRED AND MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 24-48 HRS. IT'S PASS OR FAIL AND THEY GET 2 ATTEMPTS (TEST A SHOULD BE ASSIGNED FIRST, TEST B SHOULD BE ASSIGNED FOR THE RETAKE). A SCREENSHOT SHOWING THE NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS IS REQUIRED. Shift: 7a-7:30p + call Call Required: one night per week and up to every other weekend - Unit: Cath Lab SCRUB EXPERIENCE is HIGHLY Preferred - Radiation badge is required - supplied by agency - of Rooms: 3 - Certs & Licensure: BLS, ACLS - Cases: 3000 per year - EMR: Cerner, Merge Hemodynamics for Cath Lab documentation - Charge Nurse: Phil Moisuk - Techs: Yes. Can either be CV Techs or Rad Techs with Cath lab experience - Weekend & Holiday Requirement: Up to every other weekend - Scrubs: Provided - Hospitalist or Intensivist in house: Intensivist - IV Team: Yes - RT 24/7: Yes - Pharmacy 24/7: Yes - Shifts: 3, 12 hour shifts - Floor specific orientation: 2 shifts - Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath (high acuity). TAVR and Mitraclip procedures. Some peripheral vascular. Chest Pain center accredited. STEMI tertiary referral center.
